What makes our recruiting process so special?

At iits-consulting, we focus on recruiting that is direct and uncomplicated. No traditional recruiting process and no lengthy bureaucracy - our developers conduct the interviews themselves. In this way, we ensure that not only the technical skills are right, but above all the culture fit for our teams and the entire company.

We focus on talent that fits in with our open and agile corporate culture. Our developers decide together who is a good fit for the team and who identifies with our culture. In this way, we create an environment in which everyone can contribute. This is the only way to ensure that new colleagues stay with us for the long term and grow with us.

To ensure culture fit early on in our application process, our developers conduct the "culture fit" interview themselves. They have both the technical expertise and the necessary feel for our corporate culture. In this informal personal exchange, our developers pay particular attention to whether the applicants share our values in areas such as self-management, passion, team spirit, quality awareness and consulting skills. Our developers are trained to do this and have access to clear guidelines and helpful resources to support them in the recruitment process. This enables us to ensure that new team members are an asset to iits-consulting both professionally and culturally.

Our two working students take on the administrative tasks, such as coordinating appointments, so that the developers can concentrate fully on the selection process. Process optimization is carried out in close cooperation between HR, Operations and the developers - everyone works hand in hand.

I'm Anna, and I have always been fascinated by innovative methods for proper HR.
