After iits took over the management of our project in December 2022, we saw an outstanding increase in the performance and efficiency of our systems. The seamless takeover on the existing terms of our previous IT service provider and the ongoing optimizations have not only reduced our costs by 50%, but also increased the availability of our applications to over 99.98%. Particularly impressive is the response time of the CloudOps team, which is now regularly under 15 minutes for incidents. These successes have convinced us to continue to place our trust in iits, so that we will be entrusting another key product to their expertise in 2024. The CloudOps subscription from iits has convinced us and will continue to be an essential part of our IT strategy in the future.

iits immediately impressed us with its concept of delivering well-coordinated teams that are tailored to the problem at hand. With software development expertise, state-of-the-art tools and a consistently agile way of working, they create state-of-the-art software architectures with real added value that only very few companies could implement in this way. In every meeting, you can feel the urge for expertise - iits do not want to be the thousandth "all-rounder", but the absolute experts in their focused areas.

It was immediately apparent that the iits Telekom Cloud team is a well-coordinated team. The agile and professional approach as well as the integration of existing and new applications into a microservices structure was impressive. They presented a coherent concept with technologies such as Terraform, Kubernetes, Kafka etc. and implemented it accordingly in record time. In the end, a fully automated and low-maintenance infrastructure was created in line with the initial planning.

Together with the iits team, the foundation was laid for a flexible, scalable and future-oriented IT architecture that offers our team the necessary degree of freedom to react to the very dynamic requirements of an innovation project by using state-of-the-art technologies such as Azure Kubernetes Services, Terraform and Azure IoT components. The microservices and infrastructure as code statements developed demonstrate excellent quality and make it clear that the iits team meets the highest standards both technically and professionally. The production environment was set up almost fully automatically within a very short time, which ensured quality assurance and minimized the risks of configuration deviations. However, in addition to the high level of technical expertise, the seamless integration of the iits team within our project team deserves special mention.

In our innovation project, the iits team designed the entire Azure Cloud and IoT infrastructure in close and trusting collaboration with our IT architecture and implemented it based on the latest technologies. Even before the real IoT devices were delivered, we were able to use simulated devices to develop our web application with AI-based fleet control and design it for efficient operation. In addition to the high technical level, it is important to emphasize how pleasant the cooperation with iits was. We had a very trusting and effective working atmosphere in the team in a very short time and iits showed a very high level of commitment to our new IT product at all times, so that at no time was a difference between "internal" and "external" recognizable. Not only the result was convincing, but also the way there was fun.

The iits team played a decisive and convincing role in shaping the entire life cycle from conception to implementation and operation. We were particularly impressed by the breadth of iits' expertise (from DevOps, microservices, Internet-of-Things and front-end development to machine learning and optimization) and the way in which they worked together on such a rapidly developing and innovative topic. In addition to their technical expertise, the iits employees have understood in a very pleasant way how to actively contribute to the technical discussion and help shape it from an application perspective and provide important impetus.

Working with the Product Owner and Scrum Master is really fun from the customer's point of view. Requirements are scrutinized in order to achieve the best user experience. As a result, the quality of the software products is extremely high. The dev teams know their trade and ensure failure-free operation of the containerized cloud application.

From the very beginning, the collaboration with IITS was characterized by a high degree of motivation, professionalism and collegiality. Within a very short time, we were able to form an effective and efficient project team consisting of employees from both companies, which created a unique software tool at the time: the Carbon Footprint Calculator.
