Austria
High in the Austrian Alps, desks and dashboards a long way behind us. We spent the days on the big questions, the evenings running longer than planned, and the mountain air did the rest.

Culture, for us, is a daily practice, built on trust and a shared commitment to solving hard problems together.
We have embraced a remote-first model, allowing flexibility to be a natural part of how we operate rather than an exception to it.
Remote-first does not mean we skip face-to-face time. We get the whole team together at regular retreats and meetups, to work side by side and enjoy the company off-screen.
Technology moves fast, and so do we. Ongoing training, professional certifications, and hands-on work are simply part of the job here.
We treat clients and each other as partners, Every project is a team effort, and everyone's expertise counts, whether you joined years ago or last week.
We don't believe in rigid titles or fixed role constructs. Every voice at iits-consulting carries equal weight, regardless of position or experience.
A team of many cultures and backgrounds, held together by a shared passion for the work and the people we do it with.
We believe the people who'll work alongside you are best placed to know who belongs, so our own colleagues lead the interviews. It's how we make sure a new hire fits the team in practice, and feels part of it from day one.

Would you like to learn new skills and develop clean code and modern architectures as part of a team? Then you've come to the right place!
Working remotely gives us flexibility, but some things only happen in the same room. So we regularly get the whole team together for a retreat, somewhere worth the trip: Austria one year, Mallorca the next.
A few days to work side by side and enjoy each other's company off a screen. It's where new joiners stop being names in a chat window, and where the team properly feels like a team. For a lot of us, it's the highlight of the year.

Out on Mallorca, at the Robinson Club Cala Serena, a place we've been glad to return to more than once. The talks got real and the team-building actually worked, and between sessions there was sport, sea, and enough sun to forget the backlog for a while.

This year we stayed closer to home, at the Fleesensee resort on the Mecklenburg lakes. Days of working together, broken up by time on the water and long dinners, and a reminder that you don't need to fly far for the team to click.
