Numbers rarely stop us in our tracks. This one did. iits-consulting has just passed a hundred people: developers, cloud specialists, ai engineers, and everyone who keeps the work moving, working remotely from wherever home happens to be.
A hundred is a strange, satisfying size. Big enough to take on serious work, small enough that you still know the names of the people you are building with. We wanted to mark it, and to thank the clients and colleagues who got us here.
The road to 100
We started in 2019 with a simple idea: build software the way it should be built, in real teams, close to the people who use it. Cloud-native from the start, remote-first before it was fashionable, and stubborn about quality.
From there it grew. We took on bigger projects, shipped a product of our own, Cendo, and brought design into the family when 8reasons Digital joined the iits Group. We did it on our own steam, without outside investment, one good hire and one shipped project at a time.
What a hundred of us means
For the teams we work with, a hundred people is more range without more distance. Deeper benches in cloud, custom software, AI, and design. The ability to staff something ambitious and still have the same person pick up the phone. Team as a Service that scales with you, run by people who have done the work themselves.

Our tagline has been "Innovation as a Team" since the beginning, and a hundred people is the truest test of it yet. The interesting work has never come from lone heroes. It comes from good people in a room, or on a call, trusting each other enough to try things. That is the part we protect as we grow.
What's next
