Previously, creating a single complaint report could take up to six minutes and would involve several different systems and manual steps. A lack of real-time visibility and offline functionality added further workflow complications, especially in areas notorious for limited internet access.

Our Solution

GOLDBECK worked with our team at iits-consulting to create the Order Management System (OMS) to meet the demands of its construction teams. This web-based tool was designed to streamline the complaint-handling process and return clarity to construction sites. OMS replaced fragmented workflows with one intuitive platform. Users can easily document, track, and resolve issues.

Business Impact

The time needed to create a complaint report has dropped from six minutes to just two. That’s a 66.7% reduction in reporting time! A more streamlined complaint process has a knock-on effect on faster issue resolution. This, in turn, improves overall project timelines and quality control.

Deploying the software itself was a process that took several days due to the variety of systems. Now, it can be completed in minutes, accelerating onboarding processes.

Additionally, OMS eliminates disruptions and reduces miscommunication errors by consolidating three separate systems into one platform.
