Ask the people who actually use it

Nothing beats watching a real user try to get something done. Through structured interviews and hands-on usability testing, we see where people struggle and why. These sessions surface the needs and frustrations that raw numbers can never explain, and turn them into insight you can act on.

See the whole journey, end to end

We chart every touchpoint a user hits, from first click to final action, so you can see the experience as a whole. Journey maps show where friction builds up. Card sorting and tree testing reveal whether your navigation matches the way people actually think. Together they give you a structural view of what's working and what needs to change.

Let the data show you the patterns

Behaviour leaves a trail. We analyse usage patterns, engagement metrics, heatmaps, and scroll depth to see exactly how people move through your product at scale. This shows which elements pull their weight and which get ignored, so every change we recommend is grounded in how real users behave, at volume.

Working with 8reasons has been a pleasure from the very beginning. What really stood out was how quickly everyone involved got up to speed on our product and our customers’ world. Usability tests and product discovery sessions—which we conducted just days or a few weeks after bringing 8reasons on board—became valuable, results‑oriented, yet relaxed events for both us and our customers. I’m also impressed by the depth of the documentation from these sessions: All important points—even those mentioned only briefly—are organized, clustered, and can then be easily evaluated and prioritized by the entire team. Even during the design phase, collaborating with them is simply a pleasure, and our joint effort to challenge the features—always with the customer in mind—makes our product simpler and better.
