Agentic Software Engineering

We pair experienced development teams with AI tools to build high-quality software faster. AI takes on the routine work, so your requirements become working solutions sooner.

Clear specifications and continuous human review keep that speed from costing you security or quality. Craftsmanship still comes first.

What exactly is Agentic Software Engineering?

Agentic Software Engineering means building software with AI tools working alongside experienced developers. Our teams use coding agents to move faster through the routine work, guided by clear specifications and steady human direction.

The AI handles the speed, but people stay in control. Every result is reviewed and tested to the same standards as any hand-written code, so you get software sooner without giving up quality or security.

Specification-Driven Development

Before implementation starts, clear specifications set out the expected behaviour and the acceptance criteria the code has to meet. That gives both developers and AI agents the context to produce results you can actually verify.

Quality by Design

AI-generated code meets the same bar as everything else we write. We work test-first, with automated testing and code review throughout, and our developers verify every result and stay responsible for what ships.

Agents and Consistent Design

We use reusable skills and specialised agents to take on complex development tasks efficiently. AI supports our UX and frontend work too, helping us shape coherent visuals and reusable components, while human guidance keeps everything consistent and on brand.

Benefits of our Agentic Software Engineering teams

AI speeds up the build without lowering the bar. Here's what that combination gives you.

  • Faster to deliveryAI takes on the heavy lifting, so working software lands sooner.
  • The same quality barAI-generated code is tested and reviewed like any other.
  • A human in the loopOur developers verify every result and stay responsible for what ships.
  • Specs before codeClear specifications give developers and agents something verifiable to build to.
  • AI only where it fitsWe use AI-assisted methods where your security and rules allow, and skip them where they don't.
  • Experienced teams, sharper toolsSeasoned developers who use coding agents well, with the judgment kept human.

From first call to live, in four steps

  1. Step 01

    Initial requirement meeting

We start by understanding your product and constraints, including where AI can safely help and where it can't.

  2. Step 02

    Specifications & approach

Together we set clear specifications and agree how we'll work, so developers and AI agents pull in the same direction.

  3. Step 02

    Build & review

We deliver in short cycles, with AI accelerating the work and a human reviewing every result. You can see and steer it throughout.

  4. Step 04

    Live & evolving

We keep the software healthy after launch and keep building as your priorities change.

What stays with you

  • Specifications with acceptance criteriaFor every requirement, when it counts as done is settled up front, in plain language your team and your agents can both read.

  • Project rules as files in the repositoryArchitecture, conventions and boundaries, versioned next to the code, rather than left to rot in a wiki nobody opens.

  • A tool and approval policyWhich agent may use which tool, and where a person signs off, matched to your security requirements.

  • Quality gates in your pipelineTests, static analysis and dependency checks that keep running on your side, with us or without us.

  • A skills library for the work you repeatMigration, release, test setup: written down once and run the same way by every agent and every new hire.

  • A team that can work with itWe show your developers how to direct agents and check their work, not just which tool to install.

How we let AI work without giving up control

Software is going through what manufacturing went through in Henry Ford's day. Work once done by hand, piece by piece, is picking up standards, inspection steps and procedures you can repeat. Step by step, we're building systems that gather and structure requirements largely on their own, work out an architecture, and turn it into code.

We're on that road. We haven't reached the end of it. What already holds up, we'll tell you plainly. What still needs a human hand, we'll tell you that too.

Where we stand today

Some of this already runs in our own development. Some of it we're still building. What actually lands in your project depends on your environment: your codebase, your security requirements, the rules you have to work within. We settle that at the start, rather than assuming it.

Industries we support in

AI-assisted development helps most where the build is large and the pace matters. Here are a few sectors where it pays off.

Finance & Insurance

Secure trading and investment platforms, delivered faster and still held to the compliance bar.

Retail & E-commerce

Commerce and checkout systems that have to scale, shipped at the pace retail moves.

Telecommunications

Systems for managing fibre contracts and network data, built to keep pace with the rollout.

Construction

Tools that work across the site and the office, from carbon calculation to on-site issue reporting.

What began as a joint project has grown over the years into a true partnership between equals: Together with IITS, we developed the order management system as part of an agile, interdisciplinary team—an innovative, consistently user‑centric software solution that manages the process of manufactured components from the factory to the construction site and is closely integrated with complaint and backorder management By leveraging the synergies between internal and external expertise, we were able to sustainably optimize our workflows across plants and construction projects, deliver tangible added value to our users, and ensure process reliability. The collaborative partnership throughout the project, the strong team spirit, and the professional approach of both companies were key to the success of this strategically important project.
