Agile Scaling

Team success becomes organizational success. What works in one team needs real structure to hold across many.

We bring hard-won experience from SAFe and other scaled setups, shaped to fit how your organization actually works and never applied as dogma.

What does agile scaling mean to us?

What runs smoothly in a single team quickly stalls with several teams. Dependencies become visible too late or not at all, priorities get set a little differently in several places at once, and the same question is discussed anew in every team. For us, scaling means creating just enough structure that teams can work in good alignment, without taking away their own power to decide.

Assessment & scaling design

Which kind of scaling fits you and your existing organization? Sometimes the answer is already there in the organization and paves the shared way forward.

Introducing scaling & lean portfolio

We set up roles, cadences, metrics and processes in an order that keeps your delivery running while the structure around it changes. At the same time we connect strategy, funding and delivery closely enough that priorities can be adjusted flexibly and incrementally.

Development across teams & departments

We establish focused communication interfaces between teams and their environments, through a shared definition of done, real dependency management and clearly marked decision paths that need no extra meetings.

Roles that carry responsibility

We establish only the roles genuinely needed for sound communication structures. Every role brings a clear scope of responsibility and fits seamlessly into the existing work. We do not only coach, we also fill these roles ourselves where your organization still has gaps.

Benefits of our Agile Team

We work in scaled environments and have built these setups ourselves, not just certified them. We know the weak points and we know exactly where resilience has to be created. That is why we start with clearly defined change packages and move incrementally, because every change needs time to take effect.

How we work with you

  1. Step 01

    Assessment

We clarify which parts of scaling you actually need.

  2. Step 02

    Scaling design

We tailor the structure that fits your organization and works.

  3. Step 03

    Introduce & strengthen roles

We set up roles and cadences without harming delivery, and clarify which roles we fill on an interim basis and where coaching is enough.

  4. Step 04

    Connect portfolio & flow

We couple strategy, funding and delivery to one shared flow.

How AI changes this work

At large scale the expensive problem is that no one can see the full picture of agile scaling. We use AI to make coordination readable. We surface dependency and flow patterns across teams and areas that no one spots in daily work, and we sum up status honestly rather than optimistically. At scale it comes down to this. Which products and value streams are you building, who owns the data and which governance has to exist first?

For me, scaling is not a framework off the shelf. The more complex the interplay of teams, dependencies and priorities becomes, the more important it is to have just enough structure that everyone works in alignment without losing their power to decide. This complexity is exactly where we are at home.
