Anyone who has ever visited a construction site knows that it’s a high-pressure environment. A particularly pressing issue for GOLDBECK’s construction teams was complaint management, which was essential for documenting and resolving problems that arose on-site.

In the past, creating a single complaint report took up to six minutes and required several different systems and manual steps. The lack of a real-time overview and offline capabilities exacerbated workflow issues—especially in locations with limited internet access.

Our Solution

GOLDBECK has partnered with the team at iits-consulting to develop an Order Management System (OMS) that meets the needs of its construction teams. This web-based solution streamlines the complaint process and brings clarity to construction sites. The OMS replaces fragmented workflows with an intuitive platform. Users can easily document, track, and resolve issues.

Business Impact

The time required to create a complaint report has dropped from six minutes to just two (a 66.7% reduction in reporting time!). A more efficient complaint process leads to faster problem resolution. This, in turn, improves project workflows and overall quality control.

In the past, deploying the software itself used to take several days due to the large number of systems involved. Today, this process can be completed in minutes —which significantly speeds up onboarding.

In addition, the OMS reduces downtime and minimizes communication errors by consolidating three separate systems onto a single platform.
