Remote work solved the commute and quietly broke something else: the feeling of a team in a room. The glance across the desk to see who is free. The question you ask out loud instead of booking a call for it. Cendo puts that back.

Cendo is a virtual office your team spends its day inside. You can see who is around, drop into a room, share your screen, and get an answer in the time it used to take to schedule a meeting. It was built in Germany by iits-consulting and 8reasons Digital, and it is private and DSGVO-compliant from the first click.

A room for the team, not just a call

Create project rooms and work the way you did in the office: heads down when you need to focus, a quick word when you do not. You can see at a glance who is available and jump straight in, no invite, no scheduling, no waiting for a slot. Presence does the work that a hundred status messages used to.

  • Meetings that finally keep up

Everyone in the room can share a screen at the same time. Switch between them, zoom in, work inside them, all without the awkward stop-and-hand-off that other tools force on you. Add shortcuts, snippets, and quick voice notes, and a working session moves at the pace of the actual work.

  • Work with clients and partners, safely

Bring externals into the same space without the usual compliance headache. Cendo is DSGVO-compliant and hosted in Germany, so collaborating with customers and service providers stays simple, even when they are large enterprises with strict rules about where their data lives. Meet them in Cendo and skip the endless back-and-forth.

  • Secure from the start

Cendo runs on servers in Germany with 256-bit encryption, built by iits-consulting, an IT consulting company whose day job is secure, DSGVO-compliant software. Security is built in from the first line, not something you switch on once things go wrong.

Who Cendo is for

Cendo is at its best for teams whose work is collaborative and hands-on: IT service providers and consultancies, dev and SCRUM teams, creative agencies and product studios, young tech startups and scaleups. If your team works remotely, or simply across departments and locations, it will feel at home here.

Built because nothing else fit

Cendo started life as an internal tool. We wanted a virtual office that was truly transparent and simple to be in, the market options kept falling short, so we built our own. It worked well enough that friendly companies asked to join, then their teams did too, and Cendo grew from a 2022 side project into the product it is today. Made in Germany by iits-consulting and 8reasons Digital, and still getting better.

Info: Try Cendo free, or book a call and we will show you around.
